Lee is now staying in USA for vocation trip for 2 weeks. He said he'll be back around early August before he leaves and then he'll continue his works after coming back. This incident causes all products development he's responsible to like codename Visplore, ViStart and ViOrb suspended, meaning Vista Transformation Pack 9 must be delayed until he's back and continue his development again. I apologize for this sad delay of Vista Transformation Pack 9 but it worths getting better quality of software.
Microsoft announced in the publication of its latest results, having sold 180 million licenses since the launch of Vista operating system. An average of 10 million Vista sold each month on the planet, obviously driven by the hegemony of Microsoft operating systems pre-installed. Last May, Bill Gates said that already 140 million PCs equipped with this system had been sold worldwide.

Well this will be my first official post to Windows X. Well anyway, I will be taking a break from this project for 2 weeks to work on some personal projects. Before that, lets talk about current progress. The shot below compares ViSplore to Vista. Features that work now are the dropdown menu from breadcrumb's children. But the implimentation is still early lacking a scrollbar and proper pixel position perfection in comparison with Vista. (The breadcrumb is fully functional now, but still has some glitches)
For many Windows users, Winamp figure is almost an institution and audio player that has gradually turned to the media has accompanied many of them during their first steps in the field of digital entertainment.

And now software development tracking section is officially published. You'll see only product releases and updates posts in Products section from now on for easier access. In this new section, you'll get all latest information about in-house and partnered software development in Windows X's Live before other places. This includes famous Vista Transformation Pack and its subordinates like ViStart, ViOrb, Thoosje Sidebar and new Visplore project. You may expect to see new Windows X's Live product development in near future, though.
The Mozilla Foundation has announced on Wednesday. Through its campaign Download Day, she managed to get a place in the Guinness Book of Records by establishing - and ushering at the same time - a new record for the largest number of downloads of software in 24 hours thanks to Firefox.
Well well, Thoosje's sidebar was bundled since Vista Transformation Pack 6.0 and it didn't perform well on legacy systems. Recently, it appears that Thoosje is busy with his own activities and his last month's alpha build doesn't look promising. I wonder if it's time to make changes for this stuff.

Google has to provide a new gadget that enables us to share our multimedia files. We must of course be a user of Google Desktop (only Windows version is supported for now), but you maybe will get a new way of sharing multimedia files through several points.

It's been a long, leak-filled wait, but Apple finally took the wraps off its 3G iPhone. Thinner edges, full plastic back, flush headphone jack, and the iPhone 2.0 firmware -- Apple's taking a lot of the criticisms to heart from the first time around. Obviously 3G is at the forefront, but they're also making sure it's available all over internationally, works with enterprises, runs 3rd party apps... and does it all for cheaper. Apple claims its 3G speeds trounce the competition, with pageloads 36% faster than the N95 and Treo 750 -- and of course it completely trounces the old EDGE data speeds.
