Seven Transformation Pack 4.0's release delayed to 29 November

The localization support is taking longer than I expected. I've done over hundreds of copy/paste all around the system up until now. My hands feel hurt now and I think I can't keep on with it tonight so I'll rest for a while and come back to finish it and release on tomorrow.

Good news, the main installation part is done. It worked fine from testing with default and English translation file. Only work left is Welcome Center part which should take sooner than main installation part but I can't type much and Lee isn't around for weeks now.

Sorry. Took you long enough. I was correcting some typos in language translation file and program so it took longer than expected and found some bugs with x64 fixes for service pack checking. I'm going to do final test now and release if nothing wrong happens.
