There are times when the computer just stops working for no discernable reason. All processes and programs are suspended and you cannot do anything but to stare to your computer screen and wonder. Windows freeze-up are actually caused by system errors that should be corrected immediately before creating more problems. Here are some common solutions to windows freeze-up problem
A picture, two images, three images ... The files accumulate in the computer by simply browsing the internet. One solution is to get rid of these unnecessary files by emptying the cache on your computer.
The NetBEUI is no longer proposed in the list of protocols that can be installed in Windows XP. Indeed Microsoft has decided to abandon the protocol since it no longer used in business for some years and less in SMEs. However the protocol, though not routable, is very fast when transferring files from one machine to another in a small local network. In addition, it requires no setup unlike other more advanced protocols such as TCP / IP, immediately installed it is operational. In short, NetBEUI can still be used for home networks.
How many utilities do you know that is built-in Windows XP? Notepad, Wordpad, Character Map, Calculator, Microsoft Paint, these are the few utilities that I usually use. There are more at the Start Menu Accessories group but I seldom use it. Do you know that there are actually nearly 100 utilities in Windows XP which some of them are hidden and seldom accessed by a basic or normal computer users?
