Vista Transformation Pack 9.0, it's here...

Well, it's supposed to be released in late June 2008. However, due to various circumstances, I'm still amazed myself that it could have gone this far to nearly a year gap release from 8.0 to 9.0. However, I didn't sit idlely during these months doing nothing for sure ;)

Vista Transformation Pack 9.0 Keynotes:

New 3rd-party applications
ViSplore - Vista Glass explorer simulator
Vista Drive Icon - adding free space percentage in your drive icon like Vista explorer
Vista Rainbar - Lightweight Vista sidebar based on Rainmeter that even consume less resources than real Vista Sidebar

Improved 3rd-party applications
ViStart - Files indexing for documents search, improved reliability and compatibilities
ViOrb - Improved graphic and reliability (C++ re-written)
TrueTransparency - Improved reliability with improved AeroStyle's glass border
WinFlip - Improved stability and reliablity

New functionalities
Setup personization - Allow customizing Vista experiences upon installation without access to Welcome Center
Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibilities - Now you can enjoy Vista themes after installation with Windows XP Service Pack 3
x64 compatibilities - More secured x64 installation without getting hurt by incompatibilities

There're also a lot of bug fixes and refinements in the program but let's just keep it simple with these for now. You can experience the rest later by yourself.

VikeOden, get official download from Microsoft download or google (it's supposed to be build 5512)
Sten, real Vista doesn't come with any logo for boot screen and I'm kinda tired hearing to get ones since VTP7. That's why I removed boot logo.

About XPSP3 issues
Reply #24 on : Wed November 12, 2008, 12:38:59
It supports only "official" service pack 3 release which "CSDVersion" must be "Service Pack 3" only not "Service Pack 3 v1.3.3 build blablabla"

For real sidebar integration, it's illegal and I don't want to let my guard down.

Firstly, I thanks to you so much to create a great program to let all Windows XP fans to have Windows Vista Skins. WELL DONE!

I'm downloading, but too slow speed for me, Mr.Windows X why you won't like Lee Soft's website can download at current site with high speed? All the file hosting site are very slower speed for free user.

Lee Soft's ViSplore I already tested and running now, but VTP9 downloading... just have few KB/sec and want half of hour to finish.
