Windows 7 before October 22 in some integrators?

According to information obtained by TechFlash with an integrator based near Seattle, USA (Puget Systems), Microsoft has given the green light and other integrators to sell PCs with Windows 7 before 22 October 2009. A sale which will take place upon receipt of product keys for PCs prepared in advance, around October 13. PCs with Windows 7 pre-installed can a priori be sold to the general public with a little over a week ahead of the global deadline.

This password-granted right, however, applies for integrators relatively small who bought the operating system via the channels of distribution. TechFlash it clear that the major manufacturers and resellers of such Dell or Hewlett-Packard are obviously not concerned and will stick to the date of October 22.

It remains to what extent this early market approval - not yet confirmed by Microsoft - will operate, and if it eventually crosses the Atlantic. However, this is after all only a small delay of a week, and one can imagine that those who may be interested have already tested Windows 7 beta or RC.
